Wonderful Yarn shop!!!

Stitches With style 16-East Polly Drummond Shopping Center Newark Delaware 302-453-8130 It is the Greatest!!!! BJ and I went there Sat, Lauren met us there. When we walked in they greeted us and asked if we had brought any knitting with us. They have the most places to sit and knit I've ever seen in a store,even a play area for kids. Their selection of yarn is wonderful. ! We got there at 11 and next thing we knew it was 2!!!! Then Bj took me to a Korean Restaurant It was good food.

Better than chips!!!

Ok I now have 5 drops on the clapotis boy is this fun. Off to a new yarn shop tomorrow Stitches with Style, maybe I'll have to look for some new yarn for Clapotis #2. This is better than chips!

Clapotis is started!!

Well I started my 1st clapotis on New Years Day. I love the pattern.I'm using Brooks Farm 'Four play"yarn. It's50-50-wool/silk.You dont want to put this down , once you start knitting. All I want to do is sit and knit. I don't see anything wrong with that!!! I already know that I want to do more!! The weather has been unreal , in the 60's, I know we are being set up for more winter! Oh well back to knitting

Irish Hiking scarves

Well I justed blocked my 2 IHS.The off white one is made fromWool-Ease (Wheat )The green one was my 1st,it is made fromGalway It is dk green,I guess the flash lighten it in the pic.I Loved doing the cables, Thanks Bj for getting me going and yes Cindy I should have listened to you and tried them sooner.Boy is it cold today, my idea of getting dressed was flannel pJ's. Good day to stay in!
